What is Laika?
Laika is the Dogecoin Super App — an economic layer that lets anyone launch a token, stake & vote, run a DAO, reward community, and grow an on-chain brand. Built natively on DogeOS. Powered by $LAIKA.
Is this a merge with DogeOS?
No. It's a strategic partnership. DogeOS provides the programmable app layer for Dogecoin; Laika builds on it and powers the community-token economy. $LAIKA remains the protocol token.
What can I do in the Super App?
• LaunchOS – Curated & permissionless token launches (bonding curve → DEX).
• StakeOS – Lock to ve[TOKEN] / veLAIKA for yield, gauges & bribes.

Curated vs Non-Curated launches — what's the difference?
• Curated (Cabale Launch): projects are pre-screened, then voted in by veLAIKA/ve[TOKEN]. Early supporters get a short priority window.
• Non-Curated: permissionless path with guardrails; bonding curve lists to BarkSwap at 100%.
How does staking work? What is "ve"?
• Lock tokens to mint vote-escrow (ve) with time-decay power.
• Lock windows (project pools): 30–180 days.
• Vote gauges to route emissions; accept bribes; earn yield.
• veLAIKA governs platform-level emissions & parameters.
Where will tokens trade?
Launches begin on a bonding curve then migrate to BarkSwap (Laika-native DEX). The Super App integrates swapping, staking, and governance in one surface.
I used the legacy Laika L2 — what should I do?
The L2 is being sunset. Withdraw assets to Ethereum using the official bridge. Legacy ecosystem tokens ($WUFI, $LOLA, $WIWW) will be redeemable 1:1 in veLAIKA at DogeOS launch (snapshots announced).
